The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is sure that Russia has to get off the "oil needle" "eventually".
"Of course, time is not lost, we just need to understand that Russia will need not a year, not two, not three, and even, perhaps, not ten to create this type of economy, to diversify the modern economy," - said Medvedev.
