Iran: We don’t plan oil barter with Russia

The Minister of Oil of Iran, N. Zangane, denied the information upon reaching of any agreement with Russia on the barter deals “oil in exchange for the main products”. Previously the USA admitted the strengthening of sanctions on Russia connected with this deal.

“We don’t plan to sign any contracts on oil barter with Russia”, the Minister said.

Previously the mass media of Russia referring to the Minister of Economy, A. Ulyukaev, reported that Moscow plans to sign contract on the start of grain and industrial goods supply in exchange for oil with Iran.
