On December 17, Gazprom Board of Directors will discuss the preliminary results of the company’s operation in 2013, the projects of the investment program, the budget and the program for optimization (reduction) of the company’s expenses for 2014 and the forecasts for 2016.
The agenda will also include such points as improving of the corporative management in Gazprom, following to the legislation in use of the insider information and development of the Chayandy and Kovykta deposits
