The contract about additional oil supplies to China can enlarge the Russian budget by 6.5 trillion rubles

The contract about the additional oil supplies from Russia to China can enlarge the Russian budget by 6.5 trillion rubles, the Deputy Minister of Energy Y. Sentyurin says. He claims that the agreement will enable to diversify sales and provide guaranteed and effective oil sales and predictability of budget income for many years ahead within the era of stagnation at the European markets. He explains that the agreement will provide construction of the new oilpipelines and enlarge transporting capacity of the existing ones.
