89% of coal import quota was taken over 5 months

88.68% of quota for import of coke and bituminous coal to the Ukraine has been taken since the limits introduction (June 1 of 2013) that provides for supply of 9.93 million tons of coke coal to the country with the quota-2013 in the amount of 11.2 million tons, the Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade reported on Monday.
At the same time, 100% of coal import quota, granted to the Krivoy Rog mining and metallurgic plant ArcellorMittal Krivoy Rog (the Dnepropetrovsk region) was taken (the volume was 300 thousand tons).
