Extension of the freezing oil export duty not to be discussed

The Government of Russia doesn’t discuss the opportunity of the extension of the freezing oil export duty  after 2016, the Minister of Economic Development, A. Ulyukaev, said.

This is a temporary decision. In 2017 we return to the schedule of export duty reduction which was determined. It will be difficult to do that as there will be a huge rise in 2017.
