Minprirody Russia confirms an order of definition of in-place permeability index for difficult to extract oil

The Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia confirms the order of the definition of in-place permeability index for difficult to extract oil. The appropriate order has been registered by the Justice Department.

The definition of the order is due to the necessity of getting true information on the use of the mineral resource base, including difficult-to-recover oil reserves, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology S.Donskoi said.

The order, in particular, defines the permeability index and the one of an effective oil height for the purpose of defining the category of the projects on the development of subsurface sites, containing difficult oil reserves.

The definition of average figure is carried out by the subsurface user on the data, represented in the state register of mineral reserves, confirmed in the year, prior to the year of tax period.
