Case of Rosneft and Sakhalin Energy to be considered on November 6th

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has decided to postpone consideration of the case on access of Rosneft to the gas pipeline of Sakhalin Energy from October 13th to November 6th.
In addition, the FAS require the companies to provide all the necessary documents on the case before October 24th, in particular, on the third process stage of the Sakhalin-2 project.
