The Government of Kyrgyzstan asks the Parliament to ratify the agreement about the transfer of Kyrgyzgaz to the Russian Gazprom

The Government of Kyrgyzstan asks the Parliament to ratify the agreement about the transfer of Kyrgyzgaz to the Russian Gazprom. The corresponding law  has been presented to the committees for discussion. The Ministry of Energy states that they are going to find in the republic a 100% subsidiary in a form of an LLC with transferring to it of the whole property, rights and interests belonging to Kyrgyzgaz.

On the basis of the purchase contract between Kyrgyzgaz and Gazprom, 100% shareholding in Kyrgyzgaz is transferred to Gazprom via a direct sale. Land lots where the immobile property objects are located, are granted to the company on the terms of uncompensated use.
