"Turkish stream" does not fit.

"Gazprom" has terminated the contract for the construction of the first pipeline branch.

After six months of unsuccessful negotiations with Turkey "Gazprom" for the second time during this period actually frozen the project of the Southern route of gas supplies to Europe. The monopoly has terminated the contract with the Italian Saipem on laying the first thread of the "Turkish Stream" pipeline a few days before the start of work. Thus, the construction is delayed until at least next year. According to sources of "the Kommersant", the monopoly now stakes everything on the north - through the Baltic Sea - an option of gas supply to Europe, bypassing the Ukraine.
