TMK guarantees loans with its plant

The Pipe metallurgical company (TMK) has signed a guarantee agreement with Alfa-Bank, which provided loans for 13 billion rubles to its subsidiaries, the company reports.
TMK gave as a guarantee the Sinarsky pipe plant, Tagmet and Seversky pipe plant (each loan for 2.82 billion rubles), as well as Volzhsky pipe plant on loan for 4.5 billion rubles. The loans were issued on April 15 with maturity till December 31, 2020.
