TANEKO will become the first plant in Russia without grease oil as saleable product.
Tatneft will increase the annual oil processing at Taneko oil refinery plant in 2018 to 18 mln (now 8.5 mln), CEO N. Maganov said.
Currently the company has started the development of the 2nd CDU-VDU unit with the capacity of 6 mln tons of oil a year. The basement has been completed.
Simultaneously in the framework of the construction of the plant of deep oil processing the delayed coker unit is being assembled. According to N. Maganov, its launch is planned for the end of 2015. The project capacity of the unit presupposes the processing of 2 mln tons of heavy oil residue a year, that will allow to fully stop the production of dark oil products.
