V. Sarychev has become the CEO of Vostok NAO , the joint venture of Bashneft and Lukoil. The news was announced at the presentation of the JV.
The chief vice president for oil and gas production of Lukoil, A. Shamsuarov says that Mr. Sarychev would be useful in the Nenets autonomous area including for the introduction of the international standards of business management. He started his carrier in Western Siberia as a worker and then became an engineer and a top-manager. After that, Mr. Sarychev worked for 8 years in the foreign projects of Lukoil.
