​Lukoil has started drilling at the Filanovsky deposit in the Caspian Sea.

Currently the water separating units are being cleaned up. The rate of 21 m was passed yesterday. The daily planning and control of execution of works allows to guarantee the meeting of terms by the project. Thus the offshore stage of construction of the ice-resistant platform-1 is held by the schedule.

The contract for the construction of the ice-resistant platform-1 was signed by the heads of Lukoil and OSK (United Shipbuilding Company) on November 9th 2011.

The ice-resistant stationary platform-1 is the main object of development of the Filanovsky deposit.
