Ukraine to pay for the gas after the approval of the price

The fifth round of the three-party talks has completed, but the parties have failed to agree, Russia Today (RT-Russian) states.
According to the Minister of Energy of Russia, A.Novak, the price of gas for June, July and August has been discussed for the first time. According to ITAR-TASS, the Minister of Energy and the Coal Industry of the Ukraine, Y.Prodan asserted they would pay the debt for the gas after the price approval. Earlier, EU Commissioner G.Oettinger asserted the fair price for the Ukraine is $350-380 per 1 thousand cubic meters. Besides, Prodan said Ukraine did not agree with the way of discount on the Russian gas by means of reduction of export duties from Russia.
