26 new oil deposits will be developed in the south of the Tyumen region, the acting governor V. Yakushev says. It was unprofitable to develop multiple hard to extract oil deposits with the former mineral tax rate. Now hard to -access deposits developed by not more than 13% will be further developed under zero mineral tax rate
