The cumulated oil production by OOO “TNK-Uvat” (subsidiary of OJSC “Rosneft”) within the framework of the Uvat project reached 35 million tons. The press-service of OJSC “TNK-Uvat” states.
The active development of the deposit Uvat started as far back as in 2004 after the start of the realization of a joint investment with the Government of the Tyumen region on the development of the oil producing sector by means of involving difficult-to-recover resources at the depleted deposits of the Tyumen region and hydrocarbon resources in the Uvat region into development.
