Russian Ministry of Economic Development opposes liberalization of gas export before 2018

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has considered it possible to discuss the full liberalization of gas exports from Russia after 2018, i.e. after the analysis of the effectiveness of the liquefied natural gas export liberalization, when LNG plant on the Yamal Peninsula will be launched.
