Russian steelmakers require new discounts.

Now for the transportation of iron ore and alumina.

Russian Railways has made it clear that exporters of iron ore can count on tariff concessions after the coal companies, as well as virtually the only consumer of alumina in Russia "Rusal". According to "the Kommersant", "Rusal" asked Russian Railways about the maximum discount of 12.8% on the import tariff for alumina, and NP "Russian steel" refers to the proposal to abolish the allowances to the export tariffs. Question about a discount on ore was discussed with Deputy Prime Minister Arkadiy Dvorkovich, but there is no solution yet.
