Russia will finance the Serbian division of Nord Stream at the expense of the payment for future transit

Russia will fully finance the Serbian division of Nord Stream costing Euro 1.7 billion at the expense of the payment for future transit, the Prime Minister of Serbia Ivica Dačić says after the negotiations with the Russian Premier.
Mr. Dačić says that Russia has suggested to fully finance the division, and Serbia will pay off its part with funds raised from the transit tariff. The Serbian side regards the offer correct. The construction of the Serbian division will start in December.
