Purchase of 72 gas distribution organizations of Rosneftegaz to bind Gazprom to announce an offer to minority shareholders

Gazprom and Rosneftegaz have signed a contract of buy and sale of 72 gas distribution organizations that belongs to Rosneftegaz.
It was supposed earlier that Rosneftegaz would receive 0.889% Gazprom’s shares in exchange to 72 gas distribution organizations, but the Gazprom’s Management decided to buy these assets for cash. The amount of payments will be about 25.9 billion rubles.
