Gazprom buys in Rosneftegaz the stocks of 72 gas distributors for 25.862 billion rubles

On April 9, Gazprom and Rosneftegaz closed the sales contract for the stocks of 72 gas distributors belonging to Rosneftegaz. The transaction is closed in accordance with the order of the RF Government signed on November 13 2010. The sum is 25.862 billion rubles.
