The Finance Minister Anton Siluanov linked the Russian transition of the second tranche to Ukraine with meeting the commitments on the Kiev payments for Russian gas. "We are waiting for the implementation of the commitments by the Ukrainian side on payments for gas. Still the amount is rather big. The January payment should be made, but it is not yet implemented, so we still wanted to perform our mutual obligations together," - stated A.Siluanov to the reporters on Saturday.
