Komsomolsk oil refinery has started the output of cleaned LPG

​RN- Komsomolsk oil refinery plant Ltd has started the production of cleaned LPG. The products are produce by means of implementation of a new technological scheme which allowed to clean and separate LPG produced at oil processing.

To realize this project the changes into the existing technological regulations were introduced, project and research works and the assembly of additional pipelines were held.  

Now hydrocarbons gases from the technological units are directed to the gas fractioning block where they are cleaned and separated into fuel gas and narrow fractions. Cleaned LPG (propane and butane fractions) become saleable products. Fuel gas is used at the plant’s fuel network, pentane fraction – as raw materials of the block of low-temperature izomerization.

There is an active program of continual optimization of production processes which allows to cut the expenditure and increase the efficiency of the plant’s operation.
