Gazprom discusses with a number of Chinese banks the possible attraction of a credit, the executive secretary of the Russian and Chinese Chamber for Cooperation in Trading with Machinery, Technical and Innovational products ,S. Sanakoyev says.
China is interested in placement of its financial resources that is why the point is actively discussed. Now the sides are discussing the technical parameters of the credit. The rate can be Libor + 3-5%. The advance payment for Sila Sibiri construction will be made in any case.
By the end of 2018, Gazprom is going to start gas production at the Chayandy deposit and to launch the Sila Sibiri pipeline, they reported before.
