The tax manoeuvre in the RF oil industry to increase the fuel prices by 1-2%.

The tax manoeuvre in the oil industry will cause ae rise in fuel prices at the level of 1-2%, Igor Artemyev, the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) expressed this opinion in an interview with "the Vedomosti" newspaper.

"At the level of 1-2%. But it will be possible to keep within the inflation. With inflation of 4-6% it will not probably be noticed", - he stated, responding to a question about what percentage growth can be as a result of the tax manoeuvre.

The head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service stated that the manoeuvre was so balanced that in addition to increasing the severance tax and reducing the export duties the excise duties will be reduced. This compensates for the increase in the load on the oil industry, so the big rise in prices is not expected.
