Gazprom discusses issues of Gazprom Kyrgyzstan integration

A meeting with employees of Gazprom Kyrgyzstan has taken place in Bishkek, during the working visit of Gazprom’s delegation, headed by its CEO Alexei Miller, in Kyrgyzstan. The parties discussed the issues of integration of the company into Gazprom. In particular, they talked about the improvement of the organizational structure of Gazprom Kyrgyzstan with regard to standards of Gazprom. It was noted that the Charter of the subsidiary had been approved and the Board of Directors had been elected.

The meeting’s participants also discussed the implementation of a set of measures by Gazprom Kyrgyzstan in the production, marketing, financial, economic and social spheres.
