The Central Bank has allowed to Bashneft to place up to 45 million shares outside of Russia. The stocks of the company are placed under the open subscription. They granted to the additional issue the state registry number of 1-01-00013-А.
On July 4th 2014, the Board of Directors of Bashneft decided to enlarge the shareholders capital by 37 million stocks (20.5%) with face value of 1 rubles and to place these stocks under the open subscription.
Bashneft already asked the Central Bank to allow stocks circulation in London.
