New refineries to be constructed in 18 Russian regions

The Russian Ministry of Energy has prepared a register of Russian refineries, according to which 22 new oil-processing plants are engineered in Russia, the Business-TASS reported, referring to the Ministry.
To date, 58 existing plants and plants that are being constructed and designed have been included into the register.
