Turkish Stream can “dissolve”

Seven months have already passed since the moment when the idea of ​​Turkish Stream gas pipeline construction appeared. However, it still largely remains only an idea - despite the fact that Russia actively tries to prove its feasibility.

Countries that were to be the partners of Russia in the project at first showed great interest in the project. The new Greek Government was so inspired that almost aborted the already signed agreements for the Southern Gas Corridor. Turkey was more careful and limited itself with oral statements.

When it came to determining the price for Russian gas, supplied to Turkey, the future of the project became very uncertain. And it is still not clear when this issue will be resolved, and it is obvious that the process of the negotiations with Turkey is delayed indefinitely. This ties down Gazprom, and it is difficult to build anything with tied hands.
