Kyrgyzstan accuses Kazakhstan of double standards

Kyrgyzstan has found the fact that tanks of Russian fuel, oil and lubricants for Kyrgyzstan, detained on the border with Kazakhstan, were considered contraband, unfair and Kazakhstan has no claims to the goods, transported to Tajikistan and Afghanistan, the Kazakhstan Embassy in Kyrgyzstan voiced its attitude.

As it is known, Kazakhstan closed its borders for the import of petroleum products to Kyrgyzstan. At this moment, about 400-500 fuel tanks are waiting for dispatch at the checkpoints.

According to representatives of the Oil Traders Association of Kyrgyzstan, the cargo was detained in connection with restrictions on export of oil products, introduced in Kazakhstan.
