Irelyakhneft has been fined by 800,000 rubles for violation of the law for rational subsoil use, the nature protection prosecutors office claim that initiated the administrative case for the violation. The company burnt in torches all the extracted associated oil gas at the Irelyakh deposit in Yakutia whereas the norm is not more than 5% of all extracted associated oil gas. In March, the company was fined the same sum for a similar violation.
