Novak: Belarus doesn’t fulfill its liabilities of oil products delivery to the RF

This year delivery of oil products from Belarus to the RF proved to be lower than the results coordinated during the meetings of the RF PM Arkady Dvorkovich and Senior vice-President of Belarus, Vladimir Semashko, the Minister of Energy Alexander Novak reported.
“Byelorussian party fails to fulfill the liabilities specified in the protocol of the meetings of Dvorkovich and Semashko. Nevertheless, the amount delivered to the RF during the first four months – 560 thousand tons of oil products – meets the demand at our market”, Novak said.
