Moscow plans to discuss with Kazakhstan an issue of oil products import from Russia.

“Yes, Kazakhstan made a decision on the purchase of Russian oil products through its only operator. Such practice, for example, is used in China. Of course, it’s more difficult for companies to work in this way, because it’s always complicated to make an agreement with a monopolist. We plan to discuss the situation within the new intergovernmental agreement (the current one will expire at the end of the year),” – the Russian Minister of Energy, Alexander Novek reported in interview to the Kommersant.
