In H1, Ferrexpo increased output of production by 11%

By results of January-June of 2013, British Ferrexpo plc increased production of commercial pellets from its own raw materials by 11.4% to 5.085 million tons and decreased the production from supplied raw materials by 0.7% to 160.9 thousand tons.
As the company reports on Tuesday (July 8), on the whole this led to increase of the total production of pellets by 11% in the first 6 months of 2013 as compared to the same period of 2012 to 5.246 million tons. At the same time, the output of pellets with 65% of iron content made up 2 324.4 thousand tons (+6.2%), and with 62% - 2 921.4 thousand tons (+15.2%).
