FAS permits Lukoil’s subsidiary to buy 100% of Oktan’s assets

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has considered a request of Lukoil-Permnefteprodukt (the Lukoil’s subsidiary) on purchase of 100% of balanced value of assets and intangible assets of Oktan, i.e. a filling station, and decided to grant a petition, the Service reports.
