In January-April 2016 the production of rubber and plastic products in Kazakhstan increased by 16.5%, according to Kapital.kz.
In the case of trends consolidation in the beginning of the year, the industry may again be in the positive zone. In value terms, in January-April 2016 in the production sector the country reached 43.6 billion tenge against 37.4 billion tenge within the same period a year earlier. Thus, the annual increase was 16.6%. For comparison, the first four months of 2015 increased by 13.9% compared with 2014.
