SOCAR sells part of its shares in Petkim

SOCAR (state-run oil company of Azerbaijan) sells 3.4% of free-floating block of shares of the Turkish Petrochemical complex “Petkim” to the International Investment Fund. It is stated on the website of the State Authority of Turkey on public information (Kamuoyunu Aydınlatma Platformu - KAP).

As previously reported the shares of “Petkim” were sold 4 Turkish liras for each to the foreign funds, which operated in the US and were engaged in investment activity on the international markets.
