SOCAR forecasts oil production increase in 2014

SOCAR is about to increase oil production up to 8.5 million tons in 2014 against 8.3 million tons last year.
Vice-president of oil-gas production and transportation at SOCAR R.Gurbanov said about it during the 21st International conference “Caspian Oil and Gas-2014”.
According to him, it will become possible due to new wells drilling and an appliance of modern facility and technologies.
