President of Tatarstan R.Minnikhanov and deputy chairman of Gazprom V. Golubev have taken part in the ceremony of a capsule laying in the foundation of the plant.
Construction of a complex for production, storage and supply of LNG was started in the Tyulyachinsky district of Tatarstan today.
