Gazprom and CNPC will continue negotiations on Russian gas supplies to China in April

Gazprom and CNPC have achieved progress in elaboration of the contract for gas supplies via the Eastern route. Before the end of the year, they are going to hold the next round of the negotiations in Moscow.

The Chairman of Management Board of Gazprom, A. Miller and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNPC, Zhou Jiping discussed at their meeting on Wednesday organization of supplies to China of Russian pipeline gas. The sides have coordinated all technical points of realization of the project. The contract will come into force before the end of the year.
