In April, shipments of export diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 10 ppm from Primorsk will reach 990 thousand tons, a source in the Russian Ministry of Energy reported. This is by 63.5 thousand tons more than the past month’s plan.
Previously, the maximuml volume of the shipment (970 thousand tons) was registered in January of 2014.
Because of preventive maintenance, the supplies to the terminal from the Ryazan, Yaroslavl and Omsk refineries will decrease. In 2014, contract on purchase of Rosneft’s fuel in Primorsk belongs to Vitol. Gazpromneft’s oil products are sold in Primorsk by its trade subdivision Gazprom Neft Trading.
