Rosneft and Ukrainian Vetek intend to create a joint venture on the basis of the Lisichansk refinery

Rosneft and Ukrainian Vetek consider the possibility to create a joint venture on the basis of the Lisichansk refinery in the Ukraine to load the plant and sale oil products, a regional expert said at industry conference.

The Lisichansk refinery belongs to BP-TNK, which was merged with Rosneft in March. The plant was stopped at the beginning of the last year, because BP-TNK considered that its loading was unprofitable, Reuters transmits.
