Bank of Russia evaluates range of oil price fluctuation at $40-50 per barrel in the coming years

Bank of Russia has estimated the range of fluctuations in the oil prices at $40-55 per barrel in the coming years. This was stated by head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina.
