Moody’s upgrades rating for “Tatneft” from “negative” to “stable”

It is due to the change of rating of Tatarstan.
An International Rating agency Moody’s changed rating outlook of PJSC “Tatneft” from “negative” to “stable”. According to Finam, the corporate rating of the company “Ba1” and issuer default rating “Ba1-PD” are confirmed at the same level.
