Ukrainian state mines start suffering suddenly from big losses

In January – October, the losses of the Ukrainian state mines increased by 31% to 12.2 billion grivnas not taking into account the state supporting funds, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry reports. In October, it increased by 28% to 1.2 billion grivnas.
