The State Duma deputies suggest to prohibit processing in oil refining at the oil refineries

The State Duma deputies suggest to prohibit the use of the processing scheme in oil refining at the Russian oil refineries when the plant get oil under the contract with the fuel owners and return him oil refining products, under the verdict of the section of the Legislative Council under the State Duma Committee for Energy. In connection with that, they are going to recommend to the vertical-integrated oil companies of Rosneft, Gazprom Neft, Bashneft, Surgutneftegaz and others to transit their oil refineries to year-round non-processing refining scheme.
