Next stage of LNG export liberalization to be considered after 2018

The next stage of liberalization of LNG export can be considered after 2018, when the projects of Novatek, Gazprom and Rosneft are realized. Prime reports citing the Minister of Energy, A.Novak.
“When the projects are realized we can move to the next stage,” Novak said.
He has reminded the start of the plant of “Yamal LNG” by NOVATEK and Total in 2016, the start of operation of Vladivostok-LNG by Gazprom in 2018 and LNG plant in Sakhalin by Rosneft.
