Launch of Dzhunda refinery in Kara-Balta is postponed again

The launch of the Dzhunda refinery in Kara-Balta has been postponed again, this time to the end of November.
But even being launched, the refinery won’t work at full capacity. The refinery will reach it in 2014 at best.
But the country’s Authority states that Chinese investments into the plant can be considered problem.
The partial launch of the Dzhunda refinery in Kara-Balta was scheduled for October, 20.
