Gazprom is still awaiting the debt repayment schedule of the $3.1 from “Naftogaz”.
Russia is ready to supply up to 10 billion cubic meters of gas to the Ukraine.
Gazprom can supply the minimum volume at 5 billion cubic meters under the take-or-pay system and using the prepayment mode.
“Another 5 billion cubic meters can be supplied under the additional application system, if it is necessary,” the Minister of Energy, A.Novak said at the meeting with the Prime Minister, D.Medvedev.
According to Novak, to date Russia waits a response from the Ukraine, concerning the debt payment schedule in the amount of $3.1 billion.
